Sizing Tool
In 2020, Veeam made the Sizing tool available on the ProPartner portal, which allows you to get an idea of the size, dimension, of a Veeam Backup & Replication infrastructure.
To use it, you must already start by creating a ProPartner account: https://propartner.veeam.com/login/
Some tips for a good use!
- Go to the “detailed sizing” tab to fully understand the different roles
- Calculations are made for incremental backups with 7% change rate
- The resources offered are low. They don’t include the necessary resources for the OS
- The proposed infrastructure is also quite minimal
- Round off the values
